III. MEMBERSHIP (How to do)

1. TAP with existing Cooperatives and Organizations

2. Qualified Members will; 2.a. Fill-in Membership Forms, Attach either a 1x1”, 2x2” or passport-size COLORED Picture 2.b. Be given a Ready-made ID pre-signed by the agong ansang aunlad Chairman (Members will be responsible for ID Picture and Laminating Expenses) 2.c. CHAPTER HEADS will be given a copy of the organization’s By-Laws and Constitutions and it will be their responsibility to REMIND their members of this rules from time to time 2.d. FINISHED MEMBERSHIP FORMS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE MAIN OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, for MASTERLIST encoding purposes.

3. Duties and Responsibilities of Members will be discussed verbally to them on a Macro-level,

meaning, as per Chapter’s initial meeting. These Guidelines, By-laws and Constitution will

be formulated by the Board upon approval of this proposition.

4. Membership will only become official from the moment the member’s name is included

in the Master List.

5. NO MEMBERSHIP FEES WILL BE COLLECTED

Administration.( IMPORTANT:The Board of Directors and Officers should be the only ones

discussing and deciding on the fringe benefits of each member and CONFIDENTIALITY of

SENSITIVE ISSUES and MATTERS must be observed at all times).

7. ***Upon Official Membership, Members may undergo series of orientations and seminars, for

EDUCATION is the primary concern of (agong ansang aunlad). Henceforth, members

will only be notified through their respective Chapter Presidents, for any updates.

8. *** Should this Project be successful, New Laws maybe designed later on to entitle all Filipino
